Scott Logic opens Glasgow office

Scott Logic is delighted to announce it has opened a new office in Glasgow which will build on our long history in Scotland and support our continued growth.

Located on West George Street, our office is right in the heart of the city centre, a few hundred metres from Glasgow Central station. It’s the second new office we’ve opened in 2021, after our Leeds office was launched earlier this year.

Glasgow is home to a vibrant tech community and a wealth of tech talent. We’re excited to put down roots in that community and to welcome talented people into Scott Logic to work on the fantastic projects we’ve been winning in Scotland.

For example, the Scottish Government is now one of our biggest clients. We are the implementation and development partner on ScotGov’s digital identity programme. In addition, we are delivering its new payment platform that will allow Scottish public sector departments to manage payments consistently.

The opening of our Glasgow office is the latest chapter in our long history in Scotland. Back in 2007, Scott Logic’s Edinburgh base was the second office the company opened, a couple of years after it was founded. Since then, we have been proud to build our reputation as the delivery partner of choice for a wide range of enterprise clients in Scotland, particularly in the financial services industry and the public sector.

This year, to demonstrate our commitment to promoting fairness, equality, opportunity and innovation in Scotland, we made the Scottish Business Pledge. As an example of this, we’re a key sponsor of Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation in Scotland which aims to build a collaborative and powerful community of emerging women leaders in digital transformation across all industry sectors.
