Steve Foreshew-Cain
CEO
Steve joined Scott Logic in January 2021. He leads our Executive Team providing vision and direction to our mission to help our clients leverage technical innovation to transform their businesses. Steve has over 20 years of leadership experience from private enterprise and public bodies including ITV, The Co-operative Group and the UK’s Government Digital Service. He has also worked extensively for consulting services organisations delivering mission-critical solutions for businesses’ most complex challenges.

Chief Technology Officer
Colin divides his time between leading on our technology strategy and providing advisory consultancy to clients. Widely recognised as a thought leader, Colin has a reputation throughout development circles as an expert in new technologies. A published author, blogger and tech visionary, Colin also directed the team that developed a Securities Lending System for one of the world’s most instantly recognisable banks.

Chief Strategy Officer
Graham leads on our overarching strategy and social impact, and works across our various functions to ensure everyone in the organisation is pushing in the same direction. Since joining Scott Logic in 2006 as a graduate, he has been a developer, a designer and a leader with a persistent drive for innovation internally and with our clients. His deep understanding of and skill with data visualisation often comes in handy.

HR Director
Marilyn leads the People Agenda, managing and guiding HR services, policies and programmes. She has over 25 years’ senior HR experience, and has also fulfilled HR Director roles for Arriva plc, Carillion plc and Grainger Trust plc. Marilyn has a solid history of instilling strong fundamentals within organisations, whilst also maintaining consistency and morale during times of change management. She spearheaded the re-organisation of 5,000 new staff in a rail franchise acquisition.

Technology Director
As Scott Logic's Technology Director, Oliver takes a big-picture view – balancing strategic vision with practical, pragmatic solutions, as well as leading our Sustainable Technology practise. Oliver has over 20 years of experience, having started in hands-on engineering roles progressing into architecture and leadership roles with experience across energy, finance, government, and tech sectors.

Public Sector Director
Suzanne has spent over 20 years advising the Public Sector on how technology can transform their services and joined Scott Logic in October 2024 to head up our public sector business. She is passionate about innovation and delivering solutions that enable our clients to become more self-sufficient. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges of accelerating delivery in the public sector and enjoys taking an active role in supporting our customers.

Consultancy Director – North
Stuart leads our consultancy teams in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and Leeds, calling upon 20 years of experience shaping and delivering bespoke software solutions. He joined Scott Logic in 2011 and, during his first five years, he architected and managed our mobile products business shinobicontrols. Delivering world-leading charting products across iOS and Android, Stuart developed his passion for product ownership and has helped to shape and deliver some of our largest projects.

Andy heads up our Bristol and London consultancy teams. Starting his career as a software developer, Andy has led software teams in a variety of organisations offering software products and professional services, introducing agile practices back when that was still novel. After 20 years in digital TV and broadcast, Andy decided it was time for a change, so crossed into technology consultancy back in 2018, before joining Scott Logic in the summer of 2020.

Since joining Scott Logic in 2022, she has leveraged her extensive expertise, spanning over two decades in project and change management, within the public and private sectors.
